Gas Safety Checks

Here at ARP Heating in Swindon, we have many years of experience working with private landlords and some of the biggest letting agents in and around the Swindon area. We provide landlords and tenants with the reassurance that the gas burning appliances within their property are always maintained to a safe and usable standard with our stringent gas safety checks.
The landlords gas safety certificate - CP12 is valid for 12 months and is a legal obligation of the landlord of the property.
At ARP Heating we offer a landlord gas safety certificate service working and communicating with tenants to arrange a time and date to get their inspection done with as little fuss as possible. All findings, reports and completed gas safety certificates - CP12 will be provided to the landlord upon completion.

Gas Safe

The Gas Safe Register is the official list of gas engineers who are qualified to work safely and legally on gas appliances. By law, all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register. It replaced CORGI. Only use a Gas Safe registered engineer to fit, fix or service your appliances and always check the engineers Gas Safe Register ID card.

Landlords are legally responsible for the safety of their tenants. Landlords should make sure maintenance and annual safety checks on gas appliances are carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. For more information and to find and check an engineer go to www.GasSafeRegister.co.uk
